Zoosk "National Humor Month" Survey Finds Humor is an Aphrodisiac
SAN FRANCISCO, April 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- In celebration of National Humor Month, which is observed during the month of April, Zoosk.com, the romantic social network, recently surveyed nearly 700 American adults to gather their thoughts about the role of humor in relationships.
Rich: Accepting the inevitable with humor, grace
Too often in recent times, death has visited itself upon my family, its intrusion bitterly unwelcome.
The You Docs: Answers about eggs, flaxseed and funny-color sweat
I had a heart attack and had two stents inserted in my arteries. I love eggs, but limit them to one or two a week. I just read that studies found that eggs are not related to heart attacks. Are eggs really OK to eat every day?
'Honest Pleasure' from light-hearted lawyer jokes
Longtime Athens resident Rex Totty has written several plays. And Totty's directed several plays.
Yarbrough: Meeting a Libertarian with a sense of humor
Hard to believe, but some people actually get their knickers in a wad over observations that emanate from this space. After a careful analysis of critical comments, I've decided that the vast number of complainants suffer from a serious case of humor deficiency. This is not unlike being deficient in your intake of omega-3 whatevers, except that eating fish doesn't improve the situation. It just makes your breath smell bad.

CHASKA, Minn. - At least Padraig Harrington still has his sense of humor. Playing with Tiger Woods for one day can suck the life out of a player, not to mention wreak havoc on his game. Harrington's done it for three straight rounds now, and while the results aren't anything he cares to remember, he hasn't given up hope, either.
Colbert goes commando for biting humor
Who else but Stephen Colbert would submit to a buzz cut by a four-star general after getting the president of the United States to make fun of his own big ears before thousands of U.S. soldiers and millions of late-night TV watchers?

Playing with Tiger Woods for one day can suck the life out of a player, not to mention wreak havoc on his game. Harrington's done it for three straight rounds now, and while the results aren't anything he cares to remember, he hasn't given up hope, either.
"It's not bad to have a day off. Hopefully I'll see him again on Sunday," Harrington said, drawing laughs.
In a five-way tie for second four strokes behind Woods at the PGA Championship, he's got as good a shot as anybody. Which really isn't saying much. Woods is 8-0 when leading a major after 36-holes.
"That really has to be my focus for the next 27 holes, if I can get within shouting distance with nine holes to go," Harrington said. "You just don't know, anything can happen."
Unfortunately for the Irishman, he's gotten to know that all too well in the last week.
